Coaching Expectations

If you arrive late, we’ll continue for the remaining time of your session. If lateness becomes a pattern (three times or more), we’ll discuss adjusting your session time to better suit your schedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, the hour is forfeited. A one-time grace cancellation is offered, but after that, late cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled. You may reschedule up to two times at no additional cost based on my availability.

Ending or Pausing Coaching

If I am unable to continue coaching you for any reason, I will refund your remaining balance. If you decide to pause or end coaching for personal reasons (e.g., job loss, schedule conflicts), a 20% processing fee will be deducted from your balance.

Everyone is different, but most clients see meaningful progress in 5-10 sessions. I offer single deep-dive sessions and ongoing support for those who want long-term transformation.
